Chức danh:Sales and Marketing ManagerMã số công việc:Mô tả Công việc:The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for selling various levels of membership in the Club and coordinating club membership sales and business development programs.

The incumbent will be required to develop collateral materials and make presentations about club membership to prospective individual, family and corporate members. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also be required to liaise and cooperate with the media, public relations consultants and the community in creating and overseeing promotional activities and related recreational programs both in Vietnam and abroad.

In addition, the incumbent is the primary liaison between the club and current members, coordinating member events and member communications. The Sales and Marketing Manager reports to the General Manager.

MAJOR DUTIES:

1. Sells various types of club memberships to individuals, families and corporate member prospects.

2. Liaises with Indochina Capital, Indochina Land & Mekong Securities to strategically identify sales opportunities from within the current clientele list.
Works closely with sports and tennis operations to identify key leads for membership sales.

3. Creates and coordinates production of collateral materials to support membership sales.

4. Develops and makes presentations to prospective member groups and the community regarding club amenities and the value of club membership; serves as the primary public relations contact for the club.

5. Prepares regular reports on membership sales, prospects, revenue generated, etc.

6. Maintains high quality standards in membership development program in the membership kit, mailings to members and prospects, and member newsletter.

7. Assists in the development of and oversees plans and arrangements for promotional events and programs to encourage membership sales.

8. Manages the membership renewal program to maximize and encourage continued member satisfaction and interest in renewals.

9. Serves as primary liaison in communication of information to the membership.

10. Prepares yearly activities calendar designed to include programs in all sports areas, holiday parties and events.

11. Utilizes various software programs to organize and administer the membership program in an efficient and automated manner.

12. Conducts competitive surveys of area's private club offerings, rates, fees and amenities.

13. Keeps records on membership accounting and maintains member files.

14. Assists in the preparation of the marketing plan and annual budget for membership development.

15. Writes and coordinates publication and distribution of the member newsletter.

16. Plans and coordinates social events and functions for the membership.

17. Performs duties as "Manager On Duty", according to a periodic schedule to be established and reviewed on occasion.

18. Performs related duties, as assigned or as necessary.

** Requirements:

- Expatriate or Vietnamese candidates are encouraged to apply

- University degree in Sales and Marketing and or equivalent certificate

- At least 03 years experience in Sales and Marketing management position in a professional Golf Club or 4 or 5 star resort/ hotel

- Good communication skills in English language

- Excellent negotiation skills and work ethics

Sorry Dêp hôm rồi chia tay bác e ko ra được, hẹn 1 ngày đẹp trời nhá. Mấy hôm mẹ nó đi vắng nên ở nhà cho con bú sữa!!!! baby mới có 20 tháng tuổi nên hơi vất vả.

Hiện tại Pháp đang có cần tuyển Kỹ sư xây dựng có kinh nghiệm về xây dựng sân Golf (36 hole)
Làm việc tại Tp.HCM. Người này sẽ làm việc trực tiếp với em với chức danh có thể là Chỉ huy trưởng công trường ạ!
